Got the worst food poisoning I've had in years from the chicken quesadilla. It hit me within 30 mins after eating and lasted an extra day in a half. I could barely work without running to the bathroom and squirting the darkest liquid almost looked like blood was mixed. I'm pretty sure this is lawsuit worthy.

The backbone of this location lies upon mostly a couple of hardworking, and dedicated employees running the steam tables, while training new employees, in a dinner rush. The GM has zero sense of urgency, and doesn't mind standing around talking to people when the lobby has 5 customers waiting for their food. The assistant manager is hardworking but gabs too. This location has a fast employee turnover. I rest my case. Good food just the way I order it. Cashless location, and you have to use menu touchscreens to order. The only employee interaction is when you're given your order. This location is the best corporate location in Reno that I've found. If you can, dine in. Drive thru takes an unnecessary amount of time and your crunchy tacos will be soggy when you get home.

Tacos were on my mind so I headed for the Sun Valley Taco Bell expecting to be disappointed. (There were no customers in the dine in section at 9:30pm.) The place was spotless clean. It glistened. The ordering kiosks were new to me so a young man came out and entered my order into the device. Very kind and helpful. Suddenly several different groups came into Taco Bell and they got very busy, but always courteous. The business was very clean, the employees courteous and professional and the food was just great.

Lost my order which I understand happens but I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get it remade. Talked to like 5 different employees. Zero communication amongst staff and slow service.

Edit: They have brought it back finally almost 2 months later, but my appreciation is real all the same and I no longer say avoid the location. Only leaving this in full for transparency, thank you for fixing the problem with the value boxes! This taco bell is fine, the people are great, and I love the food. However, this is not a misclicked 1 star - the franchise owner of this branch has opted out of any of the value boxes on the app, and after being told by an employee 2 weeks ago it was an app bug and would be remedied, nothing has changed. I looked it up and this is a fairly common occurrence now, and I don't believe it should be rewarded in any ways.
