Taco Bell

I have never been to a better Taco Bell in my life. I go here quite frequently. The customer service and hospitality and kindness of the entire staff is overwhelming and outstanding. Even when they’re extremely busy, they are never rude to me. Every fast food place gets things wrong sometimes, and I’m not gonna lie and say they never get my order wrong, but they get it right far more often than any other fast food restaurant in Akron and Kent for sure. I really just have no bad things to say about this Taco Bell.

You would think that a chain like Taco Bell wouldn’t differ greatly in quality by location. You would be wrong. This is by far the best Taco Bell in all of NE Ohio. Staff: 11/10, Food: 11/10. There was no wait in the drive thru. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. My food was ready immediately. And let me tell you, that shiz slapppped. Keep doing what you’re doing, Stow Taco Bell. Stay golden <3

I know I'm showing my age but personally cannot stand those kiosks that we have to use to order our food. However, the employees are very helpful and will order for you. If you do not want to use the kiosk. This place is clean. Friendly employees. I personally love tacos and would eat here every day of the week. If I could They accidentally made a salad for me. Which I was contemplating on ordering, but I ordered the burrito instead with the employee gave me both, and they have to say they were delicious. Ly

I am hoping that upper management will see this. I don't want to make enemies but this has to be said. I went through the drive-thru to get something at night and this is one of my favorite Taco Bell restaurants. I was waiting for my order at the window and I saw a yellow bucket up on the counter and when I looked at it it said sanitizer. The girl was checking my bag and then handed me my bag and I asked her about it. I said that yellow bucket there, is that sanitizer? She said yes. I told her that shouldn't be up around the food. I said it makes me really uncomfortable. She didn't really seem like she wanted to engage about it but I know that you can't have sanitizer around food. It's a No-No and I probably won't be back because of this. If someone were to ingest that this would not be a

literally the slowest taco bell i have ever been sat in line for almost an hour for a single doordash order and sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes. when i got to the window, they said someone already picked up the order. they did remake the order but this is ridiculous. order cancelled before i left, two more orders came through and was told i would have to wait in line ( for another hour might i add) or cancel the orders by an employee. either needs more staff for late night shifts, better training or something. i NEVER review places but this is ridiculous.
