Taco Bell

I am an Uber delivery driver and had a very unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell location on Thursday, March 5th around 7:30 PM. When I entered the store to pick up an order, I marked the order as “not ready” in the Uber app. Many drivers do this when we arrive because orders are often not prepared when we reach the store, and the system sometimes records delays as the driver’s fault. I had not yet received the order at that time. A female employee wearing glasses approached me and started speaking to me in a very aggressive tone, asking why I marked the order as “not ready.” I calmly explained that I had just arrived and had not yet received the order, and that I would mark it ready once it was handed to me. She said it had only been 35 seconds and claimed it was “not fair,” then wal

I had a great experience at Taco Bell. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. What really made the visit special was the staff—especially Zain. He is a very nice, friendly, and hard-working guy who goes out of his way to help customers. His positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference. Because of employees like Zain, this Taco Bell stands out. Highly recommended!
