Taco Bell

Only clicked a star because you have to! Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Only had 4 or 5 drink options, only taco sauce they had was mild and the bottom fell out of both tacos when picking them up! Will NOT eat there again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Went into the South Ridge location and immediately noticed the food and crumbled napkins all over the floor. Went to use the bathroom and both men and women’s bathroom was dirty and stunk. Very unsanitary for a restroom. They were not busy when we came in so they should have someone sweeping and cleaning restrooms during these down times. To add we never got greeted just started at for 15 minutes then finally someone came and took our order. Absolutely unacceptable.

The employee working inside taking orders was rude. He didn't arrive at the counter to take our order close to 10 minutes. He demanded an answer as to what my friend wanted to get. Customer Service was not friendly. When we received the order, it was thrown from their station to the counter saying "Here you go" by another employee working at the end of the line. We needed a fork, but there were none at the condiment station. I went to the counter to ask for one. 3 or so minutes went by, and a cheerful lady gave us a fork. We all have bad days, but that was ridiculous. The soft taco with potato was horrible. The potatoes were hard, definitely old. It was not a good experience at all.

Horrible place to try to get some food. They always get my order wrong either missing items or the wrong item not to mention they are out of food alot. I'll never go back again. Taco Bell used to be a good late night option since I live close and work late

Since you can't get a Taco salad any more, I ordered a Nacho Bel Grande with all the extras to make a Taco salad. The staff took great care to make sure it had everything I ordered. It was absolutely perfect. The staff was very courteous and patient and everywhere I could see was very clean. I highly recommend this Taco Bell.
