Hit or miss. Missing a steak grilled cheese burrito and these are as sad and stale as they come. This was disappointing. Send me a coupon and I will update this review.

DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM THIS TACOBELL. I am constantly waiting upward of 20 minutes for doordash orders picking up from this location. Even customers in the lobby are waiting forever to even get there order taken because they only have kiosks to order from and the employees will full on ignore you until you raise your voice at them. They prioritize drivethough over everyone else. I'm sure they are timed like mc Donald's is. They think it is hilarious when doordashers have to unassign orders because the pay is no longer worth the wait.

Was so excited for this BRAND NEW Taco Bell. But man did it totally kill my excitement. This place is an absolute joke. I DO NOT work here so I should not be forced to ring up my own order, people in drive thru get there order taken so why shouldn't the people inside be afforded the same result. Staff is anything but useful, when asked a question about the kiosk or food, they look at you like you have mayonnaise running out of your nose. With no one helping you at the counter you think the lobby would be amazing, we'll by the pictures you can tell how that goes. My son and I love Taco Bell but that's the last time we visit this disappoint. Help your customers, don't make them work for you. Stick with the older Taco Bell on south limit you'll be far ahead and more thankful you did.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my experience at Taco Bell , January 18, 2026. After placing my order, I was forced to wait over 45 minutes in the lobby for my food. While waiting, the environment was incredibly unprofessional. I clearly overheard the manager of the store Tina ( i asked an employee what her name was)and a line cook complaining loudly about the workload, specifically asking, "Why don't people eat at home anymore?" To make matters worse, the manager was physically growling at customers who attempted to ask about their wait times or place new orders. This level of hostility and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable. I won't be back!

I asked for my chips and toppings separately on my nachos dont know if they did it to be rude because of it i literally got 8 chips and some crumbs
