Taco Bell

Ordered on doordash a simple Baja Blast and a Dragonfruit Refresher. I received a water and straight brown liquid. tried to call, they ignored my call and declined it numerous times. horrible workers, horrible customer service. Genuinely how are you stupid enough to screw up 2 drinks.

Usually it’s decent. But the one time I get it my quesadilla it’s raw and on top of that the side of sour cream I got was only filled half way. I went up back to drive thru to get a new one or a fresh one. You would think. Nope. I got told the steamer broke and they used the stove. Which is fine but I thought they would’ve given me a new one. But nope. I guess the manager taught them to give raw food out so here we are. I gotta go back home and not only get more sour cream but also got to heat my food. Crazy work. This might just be the most pathetic taco bell I’ve ever been to. I used to think it was the employees but now after repeated issues I think it’s on the management

First off, it placed my order twice and they said to contact support instead of canceling the order. Then to give me chicken quesadillas without CHICKEN? Come on. I will not waste my money again and I will be disputing the charge with the bank. Overall, the app sucks, the website sucks, and the food is never prepared right or always missing items in almost any location I’ve gone.

Ive ordered from this tacobell 3x in the last month. Trying to give yall a real chance. Each time my food has been cold and soggy. Why are my soft tacos wet??? This last time my door dash order was someone else's. Except for the sauce packets and coffee. This location is the worst. Go to a different one.

At approximately 10:45 AM on 9/25/25, I placed a mobile order at this location and was very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service I received afterwards. My order was incorrect, as sour cream was added to my potatoes even though I specifically requested no sour cream and the potatoes were hard and dried up. Additionally, the Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme I received barely contained any chicken—mostly just lettuce, tomatoes, and a small amount of cheese.When I called the store to speak with a manager regarding these issues, the woman who answered refused to provide her name. Instead, she questioned who I was and continued to avoid answering when I politely asked again. After raising my voice out of frustration and asking why she wouldn’t identify herself, she hung up
