Taco Bell

I ordered a crispy cantina chicken taco with grilled chicken. The ticket says with grilled chicken. They did not use grilled chicken. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with chicken no beef. The receipt even says no beef. They added beef instead of chicken. I called them for a refund. They would not provide one. This has happened multiple times.

As someone who used to like Taco Bell and been to many Taco Bell’s, this is one of the worst. Every time anybody goes to this Taco Bell they get sick, diarrhea, upset stomach. The tortillas are cold and stale. Everything‘s extra greasy. I don’t think there’s any real management. I don’t think the franchise owner cares it’s literally an embarrassment to Taco Bell. I know this is a starting job for a lot of people, but a bunch of hung over millennials can’t Be left alone.

11-21-25 11:30 in the morning. Employees inside, doors all locked, zero signage about anything going on with internet, power, kitchen, zero explanation. Potential customers not even able to order in the drive thru. Sucks that I and others wasted lunch break time getting here for there to be zero reason why it's open, but not open.

Super easy spot to hit when you want something quick and cheap. Drive-thru moves pretty fast, food comes out hot, and the staff keeps things running smoothly. The location stays clean inside and it’s convenient to pull in even during busier hours. Good for late-night cravings or grabbing something on the go without any hassle.

Terrible experience 😢 I love Taco Bell. Looks like a full staff is on shift , Not many customers but yet all the employees except a couple are in a little doorway taking turns in and out and we had an issue with our order. Ordering for six could be challenging but we did it. I have worked in food service before at a taco place. You purchased a meal, it's baged btogether as that individual meal thing with nine items be together with another night items. It could have been a simple solution, but the customer service at this particular Taco Bell was very poor. The store needs leadership. Good luck
