Taco Bell

Not only did the guy working the window repeatedly give me attitude about what was said over the speaker. But when we got to the window i specified what we ordered. 3 soft tacos, a burrito supreme and two quesadillas. Than i get home to eat, first bite of the taco i pull out a dark hair from my mouth. You should be in a hair net if you work in the food area. You should fix your attitude if youre on headset/window. Also i know its not mine cause my hair is blonde and pink.

The lady that took our order was horrible. She refused to put in any effort towards taking our order, and made snarky comments towards anything we said. To begin, there was only 1/4 of the menu up, and it was all meals, no singular dishes on the menu. My sister asked for a Crunchwrap supreme meal, but asked if she could change the hard-shell to a soft-shell taco, this lady’s response was a brittle retort and eye roll, and repeated the question my sister had asked mockingly with a snarky laugh. Next, we asked for the midnight Baja blast, since the menu showed that they had it, and she replied with “we don’t have that here, I’ve never once heard of it. What you see on the menu is what we have.” And I pointed to the menu, and she said “oh well. Don’t have it.” And lastly, for my cantina chic

We got the wrong food again. No matter how many times we confirm. They are rude and smash your food before they give it to you. Thank you

QUICK EDIT: WE DIDNT EVEN GET WHAT WE ORDERED! AFTER ALL THAT BAD ATTITUDE SHE CANT EVEN DO HER JOB RIGHT! Steer clear till this place hopefully shuts down. I have no clue what our cashiers problem is but she is ALWAYS in the worst mood. Has the biggest chip on her shoulder, resting you know what face and clearly has never heard the phrase 'customer service voice' with how she rudely barks her questions at you. Reciept says their name is Adrien, but if you hate your job that much find a new one and stop ruining our dining experience.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE staff!!! 2 meals with one sauce and you have to “pay” for extra. and rude attitude. and said to move stuff around and there should be another. and news flash there wasn’t!! rude attitudes from both the ladies at the window!! get ur stuff together ladies. how many customers are you loosing! i was gonna go back thru line too!! but nope!
