Taco Bell

I was ghosted. Pulled up to the drive thru, I got the greeting, but no one took my order. I pulled into the lot to go in for my order. Doors locked (10:30 a.m.) A lady did the "pretend I don't see you" thing. This was a good Taco Bell. She could have at least explained why they are closed or acknowledged me.

I’m honestly shocked by my recent experience at Taco Bell. I ordered a taco with only meat and no vegetables—but what did I get? A taco with lettuce and only cheese. This is beyond frustrating. How does that even happen when I specifically asked for no veggies? It doesn’t make any sense! I really think Taco Bell's training processes need to be reevaluated because this kind of mistake is unacceptable. We all know that AI is on the rise, and it's moments like these that make me question how long human workers will be needed when simple tasks can't even be executed properly. Corporate needs to step in and make sure employees are better trained, because this is just careless. Not to mention they had only two sauce options smh, do better.

Not only was my order WRONG, I waited over 23 minutes in line then they want to give me half filled taco. Night shift is always a disappointment. Come on now management, let’s get your ppl on the ball!

At 8:00pm to 8:30pm on 12/3/25 , I was waiting for 30 mins for a single steak quesadilla it took 30 mins. I'm extremely upset as well as my doordash customer. There were 4 employess walking around bullshitting around. A dasher cancelled his order and a family walked out. There wasn't anyone in the drive through either! This location is definitely losing money for sure! Those emplyees are incompetent.

I love Taco Bell. I moved to this area 8 months ago. I have tried this Taco Bell multiple times, hoping it’d be good. It’s not. I don’t know what is wrong, but everything tastes off or is made incorrectly. Don’t give this place a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th chance like I have. Just go to another location.
