Taco Bell

My wife and daughter ordered food at the drive through Thursday, Feb, 26th around 3:45pm. Items were missing from the order, and had to be remade twice. My wife was forced to go inside to address the issues and was threatened repeatedly by the employee with the skin disease in front of my 8 year old daughter. There were multiple people in the lobby dining and ordering food that witnessed the incident. This type of behavior is not only dangerous for the customers but the employees as well. People have a right to defend themselves and this could have easily escalated into something unnecessary.

My daughter went to the store in Ripley, TN and had a $40 order which was for our supper. Once getting to the store she told them what she was there to pick up. The location said they couldn't do the make your own box. The app is set up for that store and should be available. She then called my wife and I and asked what she wanted in replace of the luxe box. Once pulling back up to the window she was then told that they will not be serving her per the GM Erica who was not in store. I called to ask what the problem was and got the GMs number and was met with rudeness and got hung up on. This is unacceptable

They have some extremely unprofessional and rude people working there. Not to mention I heard someone’s life was recently threatened there. Just wow. That definitely makes me want to eat there. They need to get that establishment under control it’s getting ridiculous.

The associate never said hello, took my card and returned to me without a receipt. I asked for 10 mild sauce and there was 3 in the bag when I got to work. On top of that when I started eating my Mexican pizza it was immediately evident that some chemical had been introduced to the food. Was appalling like glass cleaner based on the smell. Well thats 2 strikes. On another occasion I pulled an 18 inch hair out of my nachos Belle grande. So freaking sad.

I ordered my food at 9:34pm and it never arrived at all. It wasn't cancelled until 11:34pm. If you are thinking about ordering delivery don't even try.
