Taco Bell

Just stopped for a quick bite. Well it wasn't quick. Ordering with the kiosk seems to take much longer than when a cashier handles the task. The food was as expected. The atmosphere, not so much. The only other customers in the building were way too loud.

I ordered the 3 Taco Supreme Meal and Cinnamon Twists. The twists were stale... again! I ordered the tacos without tomatoes. I was asked if I meant without lettuce. I again said I didn't want tomatoes, and I wanted them with everything EXCEPT tomatoes. He said it doesn't come with tomatoes. I said, "It's does in the picture." Anyway....I got 3 tacos. Two had meat, SMALL amt. of cheese and TOMATOES (no lettuce!)! The other one ONLY HAD MEAT AND CHEESE, NOTHING else! I paid for SUPREME! I fully understand that mistakes happen, but this is just silly! For just short of $15, I could have gotten a large meal at our local Mexican restaurant. I won't be going back!

While the food tastes good and the restaurant appears well kept... the service is not great. They barely put any meat on a taco?? Feels like a waste of money to essentially pay for a shell and cheese?? Bare minimum meat is wild.

Went through drive-thru and tried to order a Double Decker taco and they refused to sell it to me unless I used their cellphone app. This is the absolutely most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. They want to to use their app so it can farm data from you. There is no reason you should need an app to place an order. The staff was more than happy to tell me this as well as if it just made their day they didn't have to serve me. I just said forget it and left. They have lost a customer.

This is a newer taco bell. I'm sure it's the new standard. It's designed for drive through more than dine in. I get stuff all over me if I try to eat taco bell on the go. I almost always dine in. They are fast, friendly, and it always seems clean in the dining area. What more can you ask for. It is one of the cheaper fast food options, especially with some not horrible calorie counts. They do need a little bit bigger parking lot, but it's ok for the area.
