I ordered a single burrito. I was one of 3 customer in the store when I got there. It took me 45 minutes to get my order. The kitchen was a mess and I saw food dropped and picked up multiple times. By the time that I got my order, there was a line of 7 people who wanted to cancel their order because they had to wait 20 minutes or more but could not get anyone at the front register to refund the order. We were told that it was because the manager was focusing on the drive though. Only 2 orders made it to the front of house while I was there. I counted over 50 that went to the drive through. There needs to be a training overhaul at this location. Don't get me wrong, I normally love my cheap tacos and battery acid, but this location in particular is pretty awful. It was move in day, so I understand it is busy, but waiting an hour for food is kinda ridiculous. If it was just this one occasion, I would be so upset, but this isn't the first time I've had to wait an hour for my food at this location, and the other times weren't even busy days. I had gotten the supreme lux box. My beefy 5 layer feels like it didn't have any beef and just refried beans, my chicken chalupa had beef in it instead of chicken for no reason, and the baha blast tasted like carbonated water. Embarrassing. Bottom line: food sucks, service sucks, and it’s always dirty. When I go to taco bell I’m not expecting a lot. Late night munchies, quick lunch, I’m bored? Imma get some Taco Bell. Actual complaints There’s no meat in anything you get. If you get “extra” meat, I swear they’ll give you less (I’ll attach the picture). Anything that should be hard or crispy is stale or soggy; Doritos locos tacos, cinnamon twists, chips, crunch wrap? Nasty. Cheese is never melted, everything is always COLD. The service stinks. They’re scared to make eye contact and if you need anything it’ll probably take 5 minutes of you standing at the counter for them to talk to you. If I could give negative stars, I would. The team working at 8:40pm on October 3 is absolutely awful and does not belong in a public service position. Even after going all the way back after getting home, they messed up the order again even worse. There was a single shred of chicken on our gordita crunch. Quit your job if you hate it enough to put it on paying customers.

Please please please retrain your employees or something because why can’t I get a simple cheese quesadilla without some part of it being messed up EVERY. TIME. ITS CHEESE AND A TORILLA. And it’s not even an exaggeration either, I have to make sure they made it right before I leave every single time. And for the love of God be consistent with your cooking times, why the hell do I get literal clumps of uncooked cheese????Anyways, maybe it’s my fault for being too lazy to make it myself but damn.
