If it was possible I would have given less than one star! People working at this location are the worst, I dine in with my family where my toddler wanted water and girl made me pay for the water bottle just because I had asked her to remake the cheese quesadilla as it wasn’t made right it had literally no stuffing in it. Behavior of the employees was rude and in attentive. We have been giving business to this location for years as we own a business in the same plaza. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE UNTILL EMPLOYEES ARE CHANGED OR TRAINED PROPERLY HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. hope this review makes owners to work on it

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I had two pickup orders and was refused at the window, then forced to drive around AGAIN for no valid reason. Complete waste of time. The so-called manager was condescending, dismissive, and rude, acting like I was the problem instead of fixing their own incompetence. Customer service was nonexistent, and the attitude was beyond unprofessional. If you’re going to offer pickup orders, maybe train your staff—especially management—on how they actually work. This location clearly needs serious retraining, because treating paying customers like an inconvenience is unacceptable. Also manager claiming his name is “Chad Martinez” doesn’t sound real to me nor was he wearing a name tag so pretty sure it was bogus

This marks the third occasion in which I have received an incorrect order from this establishment. Regrettably, the manager displayed a lack of willingness to assist me. I would suggest patronizing a different branch nearby, not the one conveniently situated next to D'Angelo's.

We all know what we're gonna get when we go to taco Bell, what we don't expect is the best customer service I have ever had. At any fast food location, these are extremely nice workers. The restaurant was also very clean and well Maintained.

I have the most wonderful customer His name was William. He made sure my order was correct and offered me the sauces that I wanted, and I really appreciated his hospitality and I hope he stays around cause I’ll come back just for his kindness.
