Taco Bell is my wife and my guilty pleasure and our safe go-to for road trip food.

I have always had a so so experience when going through the drive through. They can't get a "no lettuce" order correctly to save their lives. Today I had to dine in as I couldn't fit through the up with a larger vehicle. It seems if you don't use the kiosk or happen to be a door dash driver, or even perhaps to have the foresight to order ahead, you aren't getting waited on in person at this location. I gave up and walked out.

They didn’t do my order right at all i was supposed to have more things on there as well and it didn’t come as I customized it I put on there no cheese because I can’t have cheese it closes my throat and I watched them just throw the food on there lazily.

For being the only fast food chain out of say 4 others in the area, it makes sense the service is not the greatest with no other competition. I placed an order through the app for pick up as I was driving through the area. Order was ready almost instantaneously, expectation high. Picked up order and checked bags and notice I was missing 2 whole meals and bag only contained my order of a single taco and very loose fries as though they didn't even put it in the cup. Went back to drive through and got the rest of my order. Eating at home and my Cheez It Supreme Wrap did not have the cheezit I was so excited to try since it's their new product and no meat and barely veggies, just cream. Wasted almost an extra hour of wait and drive back, along with cost of product. I hope taco bell will see m
