Service was quick but my order was missing items and chips completely smashed

I love Taco Bell and I was excited for this one to open since it's location is ideal. First visit: I ordered online for 4 people. When I showed up at the drive thru, I was asked to pull around and my order would be brought out to me since they needed a few minutes for the meat to cook. I offered to come inside but they assured me it would be brought out to me. I parked out front and lost track of time... when I realized that I had been waiting over 20 minutes, I decided to go in to see what was going on. My order had been sitting on the indoor take out shelves! I brought soggy Taco Bell home and when everyone opened their meals, I was disappointed with how sloppy everything looked and how little there was on every taco, burrito, and quesadilla. Horrible. I went to ask for 8 tacos all plain. Meat and cheese they asked and I confirmed, and they give me lettuce? Overall the food is good but the service is horrible.

Whoo whoo hold on just a minute here. This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life ! Who knew the fries were supposed to be crispy ? This place is amazing please don’t change a thing ! Who ever is giving a bad rating is not normal. Go here and see how right I am !

had items missing from my order, my friend had tiny hairs in her food and none of the ordering machines worked… do not go unless you like fuzz in your taco.
