First time to this location and the food was hot, service was fast and the employees were awesome! All around great experience! Will definitely be coming back. The manager on duty was very polite and sweet and helpful for all our needs! We're from Shepherdsville and our taco bell could take notes on how to run a restaurant the right way from this location! 5 stars 🌟
Was polite but the always forgetting always forgetting my stuff. Something is always not in the bag and then when I try to call and no one ever answers the phone. And everything was messed up and then and then on my crunch Supreme and have no meat on it
I went there at 11:41pm and ordered the $9 box and received 2 burnt to a crisp chicken street chalupas and a bean and rice burrito that had almost nothing in it.... and on top of that I got nacho cheese and no nachos! I tried calling a few times and got a busy signal... then finally got through and got hung up on 3 times then the last call kept ringing till I got the mailbox! I am not happy with the service I received tonight in anyway! Wait! My Baja blast was good! But overall such a horrible experience. And they were not busy and they didn't close till 3 am. So there are no excuses for why my experience had to be so horrible.
I had went to Toca bell and the lady had an attitude but that is not the point she put hot sauce in my food! Never asked for any hot sauce to go in it. Service was terrible don’t recommend going at 2:00am.THE FOOD WAS COLD
I was in a hurry so I went to this one knowing my order was going to be messed up. Not only does the people use your tacos as punching bags but I have not gone to this one and my order be right. Ever. Not once. If you want quality Taco Bell with exceptional service drive a few miles more south to the one in front of Walmart marketplace. Don’t waste your time with this one
