Taco Bell

My order was less than satisfying nd requests were not followed. Part of my order was served cold. Not a good look. On the upside even though I walked in to dine, the young guy working the drive thru was kind nd smart enough to greet me. Didn't even receive that from the two managers present.

I have went to Taco Bell around 9:00pm multiple times these past two weeks and everytime the service is incredibly slow, taking roughly around 30-40 minutes to get roughly 3-5 items. The customer service is incredibly bad. Drive thru workers are incredibly disrespectful. Went last night and they claimed they said “wait a minute” but I sat at the ordering station for 10 minutes with no response. When I pulled forward they immediately spoke to the person behind me. When I pulled forward to the window the lady working the drive thru was incredibly disrespectful (although me being respectful and understanding due to as well working in food service) when I told her my order was an online order not drive thru.

They get 5 stars due to the service of staff at the restaurant. Usually you don't expect staff in fast foods to be super nice. But one of the staff went out of the way to serve us and make our kids feel happy. Food was good too. There is a lot of parking as it is in the plaza with Walmart.

Food is typical for Taco Bell, however, the EMS provider discount is the best and there is one amazing worker there that is always happy to see us when we show up. This guy is courteous, and smiling. Makes us smile, even after a really long day. Definitely recommend this location 🙂

I know there was a lot of terrible reviews but it seems like this Taco Bell is managed much better now. The restaurant was clean, the lady that took my order was very polite. My food was ready in just a few minutes and was very good.
