I actually really like going here, but the girl they having working in the mornings, (not the manager lady) has a AWFUL attitude. I get Taco Bell regularly because I make poor life decisions and I personally work in customer service, so from the outside looking in, it makes me uncomfortable coming here to know I might run into this girl anytime before 12PM. I know what I want, I order it the exact same way every time, and the guy that works afternoon (love that guy), is always super nice and friendly. Not snappy, short, direct, uses active listening so he speaks and responds to what I say to him. I’m not asking for the employees to chop it up with me, but don’t be rude and slam the window so I can’t speak to you between interactions of you grabbing my debit card, then slamming it open to h

Confused as why they got mad they had to take my order instead of me using the kiosk. Unprofessional way to react for sure. I get you get busy but you should never be busy for the customer. Will not recommend this place to people. Cussing in front of the customers? Why would I bring my kids here. It's simple. Do your job, put on a smile, and keep going. Yeah it gets busy. No need for the attitude.

Place is complete trash, 100% guaranteed to get your order wrong, and they forget to even put the meat in some of thier food. Don’t waste your time. Staff is more concerned with talking to each other.

Best Taco Bell I have ever visited. We ordered our food, and it was ready in 3 minutes. Fresh, hot and correctly made. Great friendly service, clean environment. I personally thanked the staff for a great job.

I am in utter disbelief that they charged me FIVE DOLLARS (5.50 after tax) for a Rockstar refresca. All it was was a small cup filled mostly with ice & maybe half of a $2 energy drink. They probably paid less than a dollar & charged me 5. Im done with TB, they have gotten as expensive as a nice sit down place with real, good food. But, TB still sells crap that is full of fillers and watery sauces. It use to be worth it when it was priced for what it was. I just spent $20 & am still hungry and very thirsty after spending over $5 on a drink This location also gave me a crunchwrap that was pencil thin, only had 2 bites that had any beef. Im talking less than a tablespoon on the whole thing. It was 80% tortilla & was not cheap.
