Taco Bell

Me and my crew order the crunchy tacos ,chicken 🌮 quesadilla, beef nachos ,drinks Baja blast, cherry 🍒 blast drink and a diet soda for the wife super friendly staff, always attended to my needs and my kids, a quiet and comfortable place to eat great prices for the food. Quality of items were great ,portions size great.

While the employees were very nice about it, this is one of several Taco Bells that are now outright refusing to take your order and insisting you use the very machines that have taken their jobs. I'm sure it's not their decision, but the fact remains, this isn't customer service. Since the pandemic, Taco Bell's lobbies have become increasingly grim, dark places. The sauces given freely are now gatekept in piecemeal and kiosks are everywhere. Even airports have people willing to check you in rather than the kiosk. Worse, the refills have to be requested for over the counter, and they'll only fill it halfway It reeks of corporate greed. I hate the automatic robot! It’s super loud and it gives me anxiety! A staff member was very nice by telling me I can just say “speak to staff”, I’ve been doing it ever since. They always get my food right. Very friendly night shift staff.

They burned my crunchwrap, I tasted that burnt taste on every bite. I tried to give it a chance but it was still bad. Five dollars for this is mean, Unpleasant food.

During our visit, all the tables were filthy and the soda fountain doesn't work (or was intentionally turned off to keep the homeless from abusing it.). They were clearly short staffed, needed an extra crew member or two to handle the crowd.
