Horrible place to try and order something to eat! I waited almost 15mins to try and order on one of these self order tablets while the crew member behind the counter at the cash registrar refused to take my order, no matter how long I had to wait for a order tablet to come open! The problem is ALL 3 of the parties using the tablets had NO IDEA how to order on these devices, causing even longer wait times to even order food, not to mention the extra wait time to get your food prepared! As you can see from my photo all 3 parties are asking each oth we "How the heck do we order on this thing?" As you can see in the other 2 pics, the crew member doing "NOTHING" with her hands in her pockets, or just lookong at the POS, while customers struggle to order on the Tablets? I'll Never Come Bac

Taco Bell app acted up, placed a small order. I went thru Drive through to fix the problem. STAFF WAS UNIFORMED HOW TO HELP. RUDE AND EVEN HUNG UP BEFORE CONVERSATION ENDED. At a differnt store at North town mall, they were very nice and resolved the problem. Customer care at this location is awful and wonderful at another.

i love this taco bell so much. it’s the best one in town. i got a 7 layer burrito and the worker who made it was very polite and made it the best burrito ever. i’m pretty his name was jacob. i’ll definitely be returning , it was a great experience to dine here and is better then any of the other taco bell’s in town.

I DoorDash here regularly and usually it’s good but lately it takes up to 5 minutes for employees to even engage contact with me. They look me directly in the eye and walk off even with an empty store.

HORRIBLE, I ordered through door dash but for me to pick it up waited in line 45 minutes so by the time I made it to the menus whatever food they already had would of been cold so I placed a another order at the menu. They gave me the food that had been sitting there for over an hour not knowing I was the same person with the door dash order. So, after he handed me the food I told him I also needed my door dash order. He tells me hes been there for over 4 hours and they haven't gotten any door dash orders. So I show him on my phone the order and he tells me that it must be at a different taco bell. So I said I'll call corporate tomorrow and find out what happen. He says one second grabs a receipt from behind him and says well we did get this one but your going to have to pull around we wi
