Taco Bell

We went in to Dine around 11 am and all the tables looked like pictures below. The dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the day before. The chalupa fryer was down and they are asked if we wanted to wait. We said yes because we all had at least one chalupa. This caused our wait to be around 30 minutes. However, we had no plans for the day so after I cleaned off a table, we sat and enjoyed each other's company. Food was pretty great especially the chalupas because they were so fresh. Those that got the Discovery Luxe box said their other food was cold because of the wait for the chalupas. Cinnamon twists were pretty great also. Normally at this location the oil tends to taste old but they were good today! Also, the bottom of our chalupas were breaking but thats just an inconve

I placed a $30 order and was very specific about needing the items plain (meat and cheese only) because of food sensitivities in my family. ​Despite the simple request, the order was prepared incorrectly with all the extra toppings. Our power was out and we were looking for a quick, safe meal; instead, half the family couldn't eat at all. When a customer mentions food reactions/sensitivities, 'simple' instructions should be followed for safety. Total waste of money

Didnt have time to Cook got Family Take out and Not at this location ever again Food appearance like they are feeding Hogs Food Was Cold ordered on the App waited for an hour in line for Food. This is uncalled For and this is why alot of Restaurants go Bankrupt.

By far the worse Taco Bell I have ever went to. Waited in the lobby for 40 mins after placing an order on the mobile kiosk to not be acknowledged the entire time as I watched everyone who came before and after me leave with their order. Wasted my entire hour lunch there. I would rate 0 stars if that’s an option. Understaffing was not an issue just a problem with efficiency and lack of caring. Would also like to note i’m visibly pregnant, but it’s not just the hormones talking. I would drive 2 hours if i could to another Taco Bell just to avoid this one.

Everyone there was nice but the so called manger destiny. She goes to yell at me and refuse to let me buy anything else. Due to them doing my child order wrong. After I set in line for over 30 minutes for my food.
