Taco Bell

My cousin and I went in yesterday for lunch. He placed his order right behind mine. I got mine fairly quickly but his took 15 mins to get. All he had was 3 soft tacos. Customer service was horrible. They acted like they didn't know what they were doing.and didn't want to be bothered. Y'all got to do better. Made no sense.

Sad and who ever makes food is intentionally given much less then their supposed to. Sad I hear some yound kid making food with no heart or appetite😨😭😱🧐🧐🤔

Taco bell once again did a horrible job!!! Ordered some tacos and a grilled steak burrito and the burrito was unusual salty. The doritos tacos shell was soggy and all of the condiments fell out and was stuck to the wrapper.... something needs to be done about night shift!!

My order wasn't right. New crunchy taco wasn't available. They gave me a card to get a free crunchy taco on my next visit and when I went back to use it. They told me it's only good for a regular taco. I like the food when my order is right.

So I ordered the five nuggets for the first time and this is what I got! Three nuggets then some crumbs 😂 then they are dry and hard just horrible! Plus I ordered two cheesy beef burritos, but they gave me rice and bean burritos. there's no sauce in my grilled cheese burrito. They completely messed up my entire order almost. 😅 the girl at the window had me repeat everything three times and still got my order wrong.
