Taco Bell

They need to get someone that knows how to make burritos. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos, which I have gotten many times in the past. These aren't even a quarter of the size as before and barely anything in them. They don't even answer the phone for me to address it with them personally. Poor poor customer service and experience.

$3 for a big chip with no meat or cheese on it is so crazy. I guess most of the taco is supposed to be lettuce. Spending $40 here to just leave hungry. 0/10

This location used to be okay but NOW this location is just horrible. This is my third bad experience in the last 2 months with this location. The one in North DeLand is a hundred times better. Too bad they took away their breakfast. The people who work here on November 30, 2025 morning shift for breakfast, especially the girl making the food is the worst employee I have ever seen at Taco Bell. This is the worst experience in my entire life. She is horrible, and very nasty to customers, also does not apparently knows how to make anything on the menu the correct. Saddest sausage, egg and cheese quesadillas I have ever had. Who puts 4 pieces of sausage on a quesadilla? at least the cheese was somewhat melted today.

The food is always amazing, fresh, and hot, the team is very friendly. They recently remodeled. Looks nice, but chairs are so heavy to pull out. They go through a lot so I can understand the durability. Beautiful new look.

Drive Thru employee soft spoken couldn’t hear her. Repeated my simple one person order 2X. Got to window her attitude was ridiculous. I asked for sauce and it was like the cost comes from her pay directly.. gave me three and I asked for more.. body language and facial expressions was hostile . Taco shell was not fresh.
