Taco Bell

I recently stopped by my local Taco Bell and was very disappointed. I decided to try something from their Cantina Menu and chose the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco. The taste was good, but one taco was shattered so badly that I couldn’t pick it up. I had to eat it with a fork. The other taco was not quite so bad, but it was still cracked, but I could pick it up and eat it like a taco. At least the restaurant was clean and tidy in the eating area. The staff was friendly and helpful. I might go back, but I won’t order the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco again.

When ready to approach the counter, I did. Waited 5 minutes for any recognition that I was standing there, even though eye contact was made with at least four people. Finally someone came up to the register to only direct me to a kiosk to my left to place my order. The time it took for that, they could have taken my order right there. The kiosk was not obvious, medium to small size and nothing on the screen said to order on it. Only thing on the screen I had read was all about their points system, signing up for membership. Again, nothing about ordering there. That is just rude and impersonal. Food was very good. Atmosphere was a bit loud. Restroom was clean. Parking available was appropriate to the max capacity inside.

This taco bell is best just because of Ashley. She's a good worker. That knows how to make the best blended freezes. Love ya mamma.

Consistently the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Portions are always off, short on meat and condiments, missing something just about every time I've gone. When you complain the company does nothing to rectify their errors. As a former Taco Bell employee I know how the portions should work, I know they are not adhering to the company standards. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, silly me, I'm done going here.

Great place to eat but due to how the drive through is, got into a situation with another customer where we accidentally cut in front of them. Drive through waiting lane needs to be better labeled for those unfamiliar with this Taco Bell. Other than that everything here is great!
