Taco Bell

Went through the drive through, we asked for 2 chalupuas with sour cream and my fiance asked for extra mild sauce packets. Get back to the house and there's no sour cream and there's only one sauce packet. Was charged extra for the sour cream and everything. This has happened several times.

Just doordashed 40 dollars worth which was just a 3 doritos locos tacos combo, a crunch wrap supreme, and a beefy five layer burrito. The burrito was STRAIGHT tortilla with barely anything in the middle, and the taco shells tasted stale. This is by FAR the worst taco bell I've ordered from in any way. Do better.

We were over an hour from home Taco Bell was open so we went here at 12am online said they closed at 2am. We pull in and a WORKER flipped us off, if we wouldn't have ordered online already we would've pulled away as we should've, after receiving our food we asked if they spit in it and the worker joked and said "not this time" we mentioned to him that another worker flipped us off and he said he had no clue why someone would and that he "must've been flipping off another employee in the lobby" 🙄.The food was gross not sure why a soft shell taco is harder then a hard shell taco, all three DIFFERENT pops was flat and gross. When we asked them if they spit in it, the bearded guy that flipped us off and the other cook looked over the register at us out the window. Wild experience.

After placing the orders for my children, I paused so that I can make sure they got everything on the screen as I start to order my own food guy cuts me off. Ask me if everything looked right on the screen and told me to pull around. Didn’t ask me if I was done ordering, but at that point I definitely was.

They just put brown beans on my veggie power bowl instead of black beans which is kinda gross theres about $12 wasted .... teach your employees to know how to prepare the food before you just have ppl wastin their gas and money
