Taco Bell experience: Short staffed (typical) 1O minute wait to place order (can be better) Lady in back was training someone else..she realized I wasnt being attended to..came up to front to take my order. she was exceptional, competent, friendly, professional, and the best part of the experience. Restaurant layout: LARGE with plenty of tables and chairs available, acceptable cleanliness, nice atmosphere (good) Food: typical (good) Price: too high (but typical these days)

Ordered the Discovery Luxe Box and they swapped my Baja Blast for regular Mountain Dew without saying anything. The Flamin’ Hot Burrito was easily the best part, especially with extra Diablo sauce 🔥. The rest was just okay, and the cinnamon twists were stale. Probably wouldn’t order this box again.

Look man, I know a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, and if you’re going to one, you’re prob not reading or caring about its google reviews. That being said, this is quite literally the worst location I’ve ever been to, bar none, even factoring in multiple drives a year across the country. It feels absurd to even be writing this review for a Taco Bell, but please for the love of god save yourself and just drive to the Bronx or Port Chester locations.

I’ve gone to this Taco Bell location many many times over the past few years. The food is usually fine, sodas a bit flat, the staff at the drive thru are always nice, but they are so incredibly slow that it’s almost comical. Ordered a single taco via the drive thru and it took 10 minutes. You pay and just sit there mad confused about what is going on in there that it would take so long to make something so simpler it is like this EVERY single time. I purposely avoid this store whenever I’m in a rush because it’s impossible for them to pop out an order in under 5 minutes. Maybe they don’t have enough people on staff?? I’m not sure but management needs to get it together.

The fact that management allows this place to remain open is insanity. This place has been consistently horrible for the last 10+ years and nothing is ever done to change it. The drinks are always not available, wrong, or warm/flat. Getting your correct order is a 50/50 gamble at best. Of course it goes without saying that the food quality here is about the worst you will get from any Taco Bell in the world. Please shut this joke of a place down already or have management step in and take charge who actually know what they are doing.
