Taco Bell

Just tired of ordering a grilled steak burrito and getting a $7 rice burrito with a couple morsels of steak. Where's the beef??? $14 for 2 small rice burritos. Very aggravating. Employees seem to be doing a good job. Management needs to change ingredient portions.

Ate here 2/22/26. Ordered a Mexican pizza. Their frying oil was rancid and immediately made me sick. This was not just slightly over used oil but completely RANCID oil.

Ordered the $9 box which included two steak cheesey street chalupas. They had 2-3 pieces of meat in each, so I sent them back, and they were remade exactly the same way (see photo). It's wild that they expect people to be okay with a food product like this. Otherwise, service was quick and restaurant was clean.

I love Taco Bell. I love the food and I frequent it at least once a week. However, I unfortunately had an experience I am not pleased with💔. Outside on the front of their door they have a schedule on when their lobby closes, being 11 PM, every night. My group of 3, including myself, arrive at Taco Bell at 9. We were denied entry from the lobby, saying it’s being cleaned. We sit and wait, we then go through the drive through and was told that it will not reopen. We accept defeat and sit in the parking lot eating. 9 minutes before the lobby was supposed to close, a group much larger than ours requested access to the lobby, which they were GRANTED. The overall issue wasn’t that the lobby closed early, but, was that we were denied than later that was than fulfilled. It showed more of a lack of

Lousy service, stood at the counter for no one to take my order and had to order on the computer and paid ( a customer pointed it out to me) just for them to not make the order till I asked for it so had to wait again. Would have been nice for someone to tell me they had a computer for me to put in my own order , but the next people that came in went up to the counter and they took their order. Finally get food and it's wasn't all there but at this point just want to leave. The place needed cleaned and the bathroom was completely disgusting. No soap in the soap dispenser and that was after the manager just walked out without flushing and being in their 15 min, with no soap in there I don't see how any hands got washed. People could definitely be more helpful with a more pleasant demeanor
