Taco Bell

I ordered two identical burritos and got two different items one of which had a few pieces of steak while the second item was just a bean burrito. I thought about splattering these against your window. Also get a new drive through mic or headset because the women working the window could barely hear me and my head was out of my window

Usually I don’t have issues with this specific establishment. Tonight was different. The woman who was the apparent manager on shift smelled strongly of marijuana - it was so pungent that I could smell it coming from her across the counter. On top of that, she was being downright nasty to a customer who seemed to be having trouble operating the ordering platform. The place was incredibly busy and the staff was working hard, while the manager seemed to rather prioritize smoking pot and being mean to a customer in need over helping keep the business running. It was a rough scene.

When I pulled up the manager/supervisor was out front talking with people and trying to break $100 bill. It Reeked of weed out front, and customers inside were being ignored. She then came inside the building to break the $100 bill from register, and told the people waiting she would be right with them, only to walk back outside and get into a car with some people. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru and people inside waiting to pick up online orders. When she finally came back in, she seemed to be getting impatient with a staff member who was clearly trying to learn something new, and she kept getting loud with the staff. I usually don’t post bad reviews, or call specific people out, but this one’s been bothering me and felt like something should be said. Happened around 7-7:15 ton

I was in the drive threw line for 20mins with only 5 cars in front of me. After finally taking my order I get home and appears that I've been compromised a portion of my food i wouldn't of made a big deal but, paying $20 for 1 quesidilla and 3 crunchy regular tacos but I'm missing a whole 1/4 of my quesidilla wish o could've added pics but no way for me to

Many times I go across town to get my kids Taco Bell because this location is the worse. I asked for Fresca chicken tacos and they acted like they did not know what that was and kept trying to sell me something else. So we ordered 6 cheese roll ups and they NEVER MAKE THE RIGHT! Do not give me cold cheese rolled up in a damn cold shell. That is not how it is advertised. So disappointed and it only happens unfortunately in our neighborhoods. Go to Bellevue and they hot everytime.
