Taco Bell

The night people at this Taco Bell must really not like their jobs. Is it really that hard to put down fresh fries after I asked specifically for them? Theyd rather just refry old ones and psss the out the window. Not a soul was there so they werent pressed for time. Not to mention every taco or burrito I get looks smashed and man handled.

I rarely go to Taco Bell anymore and when I do... I'm immediately reminded why and ask myself why do I keep paying more and more money for less and less product and flavor? It used to be a halfway decent place to eat when they used REAL ingredients and actually included it in your order. Taco Bell you keep going downhill.... Everywhere, not just this location, although this location has been particularly bad, since the first time I ate here in 2023. Tonight was no different. After working all day, tired, exhausted, and not wanting to cook. I stopped and ordered a Cantina bowl with no rice, which is what I have always done since it came out. I ordered the #8 which is the 3 Doritos Loco Tacos and $9 Luxe box, paid $30 for this meal. They also had us waiting for almost 20 minutes and we were the first car in line, which was ridiculous! The lady that was at the window was rude! Best part yet was, when I unwrapped my tacos, I was very disappointed! The tacos didn’t even have any meat on them and was just basically just lettuce and cheese.

Ordered “Dine in”, came out in a “to go” bag. Of course you have to use a kiosk, no personal service even tho there are 5 employees milling around watching one work. When I asked why there was no silverware or napkins in the bag to eat the beans and rice I ordered, the response was, well aren’t you going to take it home? No, I’m going to sit here with my family and eat! Just like it said on the ticket, “Dine in”. I know it sounds petty, but if I did take it to go, what are you supposed to do, lick the bowl like a dog? The reviews here are terrible, do better.

I waited over 40 minutes for my order, and when I finally asked about it, they told me it was just now being made. I had somewhere important to be and was already running late because of their delay, so I asked for a refund. After all that, they still charged me for a drink I never got. Completely unacceptable experience. I won’t be coming back.
