Honestly the shittiest Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. This was the first time I’ve ever had to cause a scene at any establishment. I placed a mobile order and had gone in to pick it up, expecting it to be ready by the time I get there or at least within 5-10 min. WRONG. I stood there for damn near 50 min for a mobile order that literally had 4 things, meanwhile the workers are flying through the drive through orders. Why is that a priority? Not only that but people who came in AFTER i walked in that had placed an order in the establishment got their food before me. It should never take 50 min to make a damn mobile order with 4 items in it, and i understand being busy but its a honestly a horrible look on the location if the workers can’t manage online orders and the drive through. I have to say not ordering face to face with an actual person was strange at first, especially at the drive thru. But now I order from the app and it’s so easy. The rewards aren’t the greatest but The service is quick and simple. The new menu items are very tasty and prices are good.

The costumer service was amazing, the employee who helped me Ariel G was very sweet and the food was very well made

great service cashier ariel gave good recommendations and had very good customer service along with the rest of the staff at that location
