Taco Bell

Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch (without dairy, add rice), two separate times. I didn't record a video of the first one, but it looked just like this second failure of a taco. This looks nothing like the advertisement (minus the dairy I shouldn't have, add rice). Clumped up hard beans, instead of smooth beans on the entire shell! Taste was, meh.

I have almost always had a positive experience here, but last night very late 11/9 I couldn't believe it. The person answering the drive thru had a fake accent with lots of giggling in the background. The person at the window was not friendly, swearing with his coworkers and more interested in socializing then helping their customers. Of course they forgot one of my food items so I had to go back around. Greeted again by the fake accent and giggling. And barely an apology gave me back the missing item. The fiesta potatoes were hard and old. Must be nice to be paid to goof off and do a terrible job. Immature, terrible customer service, mediocre food and incorrect orders. Also super nice here and its probably one of the most affordable fast foods when compared to others if you get combos. Only rating 4 stars because service is always super slow and it seems to take forever. Probably a staffing issue but it just sucks waiting 20+ minutes in line when there is only a few cars

Just moved to Marshfield 3 weeks. Worked long shift and wanted an easy meal. Ordered 12 softshell taco pack and 2 five layer burritos. Tacos was all lettuce, very little meat and cheese. The burritos were so small it was a wonder they had anything inside of them. For prices charged, this was a complete joke. Especially when an employee that was leaving commented that his tacos are overstuffed so much they did not fit in the party pack. Never returning.

During our last two visits to the Marshfield Taco Bell drive-thru, we were assisted by Justin P., who deserves recognition. His kindness, positivity, and genuine warmth left a lasting impression on both me and my daughter. He truly elevates the customer experience.
