First off, I want to share what an amazing experience I just had at Taco Bell. I cannot praise the employees enough, especially Gary, who went above and beyond to ensure our orders were correct and that everything was perfect for our meal. The excellence in service didn’t stop with Gary; all the employees were exceptional. I even caught a glimpse of the owner or someone from upper management sitting at a table discussing exciting options with another person, and it sounded fantastic just overhearing their conversation. The staff did an amazing job, and the food was classic Taco Bell—excellent! I can't say enough good things about this place. I live closer to the other Taco Bell in town but I will drive to this specific location due to the the employees morale. Every time I come in either night or day the staff all seem. To be in great spirits. Conversations with customer and amongst themselves while still making and packing orders. The entire restaurant is a well oiled machine. One individual I can mention by name is Richard, he seems so upbeat and friendly. Also he is quick with his service! It’s truly amazing to a place like this where you can come in and have no issues (at least I never have any issues) to the manager and owner of this place all the employees definitely deserve praise and a raise.

I ate at the Taco Bell located at 42080 W Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway in Maricopa, Arizona on a Wednesday afternoon around 12:30 p.m. I was surprised at how few customers were present during what is traditionally a lunch rush. I was also surprised to see no cash registers but instead there were four self-service kiosks. Studies have found that self-serve kiosks in restaurants are often contaminated with fecal bacteria as well as Staphylococcus, Listeria, Klebsiella, Proteus and Enterobacter, so I truly prefer not to use them. A couple seconds later, an employee approached the counter and I asked him about the lack of registers. He pointed to a small partition and said he could take my order there. No notes. To me. This place is a very good vibe. The workers are very nice and pleasant and respectful. Its why I keep coming back. I enjoy the energy I get from here and I like the people who work here. Have really good conversations with the staff who are very friendly. They also make it worth coming back for more. I wouldn't have it any other way. This is my honest feed back. This place gives really good vibes!

We spent $25 for our tacos to look like this then we went back to get them remade and they look exactly the same. Safe to say I’m not going to waste my time or hard earned money Here anymore and get ripped off like this.
