Taco Bell

The only reason this isn't one star Is because of the manager(s). But especially the older woman. She was extremely sweet and helpful! However everyone else seems miserable and rude. We get food there frequently and it's been awful recently. Orders constantly messed up, out of items, AND when we went in for our remake it also got messed up 2 times in a row (for the same order). They continue to add toppings specifically requested off. Every time I request it off, low and behold. There it is, on the order. With the receipt showing it was not meant to be there. (Happened again on the remake when we came in later.). Again love the manager. She is awesome and I hope they can get better help, or more trained staff.

Super kind staff and just absolutely the best Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. Not sure why there's so many low star ratings here. Food was really fast as well and absolutely delicious. Not to mention the restaurant was incredibly clean. Thanks so much!.

I have been avoiding Taco Bell more and more because Taco Bell requires customers inside to use the self-serve kiosk. Food was as expected. Friendly servers. It was not very busy around 11 in the morning. If we are required to use the kiosk should we get a free burrito?

Honestly, I love taco bell. This one has missed the mark, I will never go here again after the other day. I went inside to get some food, and there was a customer in the drive through about to get their food. After I had ordered 2 other cars came in the drive through while I was waiting. It took a half hour, to get $10 in food. Simple. I watched one of the cooks, who kept touching his phone while he had gloves on, and he didnt change them before handeling the food. He did it on several occasions. I know, that this is way against the foodhandelers rules. I am really disappointed, but i never have had a good experience at this taco bell.

I pre-ordered my food, notified me my food was ready. I walked in the store, 2 people walked in after me naturally they got helped first and got their orders. I sat there for about 15 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, finally got it. They forgot my drinks so I took two empty cups and got my own drinks. Finally I make it home and they forgot the avocado sauce packet for the cantina chicken meal... I don't know what the point of ordering ahead is if people that are walking in and people that are going through the drive-thru are getting all their food before me when mine was "ready" My favorite part of the experience was when a older couple walked in to order food at the counter and a employee walked up greeted them told them he couldn't take their order and they had to order fr
