Taco Bell

On Monday 2/23/26 I ordered threw the drive threw. They didn't give me my full order and handing me my food the bag broke and fell on the ground and all over my car . I called when I got home about the missing items gave them my name and was told that the order would be replaced to make it right. I went to get the order replaced on Saturday 2/27 and was told that they knew nothing about it. I tried to call the store later and was rudely hung up on and then they refused to answer my calls. Never plan on getting anything from Taco Bell again and will tell everyone how bad the food and service is

I made an order for chalupa with black beans and fries first of they took long time to make and after that they gave me chalupa without cheese and fries was hard and totally cold after that I asked for refound they they told me what's wrong with it, that the order which one you ordered and that black who was working on register he was so rude and aggressive I recommend please stop ordering from here. I recommend 1 Star because I want to make a review if is possible to give zero Star they I do that because those guys and their services are just crazy . please stop ordering from here

Wait times are typically 45-60 minutes in the drive through consistently. The food is also either overcooked or missing altogether. On my last order this location missed 3/5 tacos. Nothing special about them, just three crunchy tacos. I will be avoiding this location until significant changes are made.

The franchise owner clearly doesn't care about this store. They are never staffed, every single order takes over 30 minutes. Does Taco Bell corporate have absolutely no control over disruptive franchisees?

Waited for a half an hour or so or more to get food, the lines was so long and waiting it's ridiculous . If you want fast food or taco bell it isn't worth it because your not getting the fast food or fast time meaning fast food.
