Taco Bell

The tacos were crisp and fresh. Althought not anything like an authentic Mexican taco, it will do for a hungry man

I'm not going to this Taco Bell anymore. Apparently they are never ready to serve during their business hours. Two or three times now. I have tried to place an order on the app or even without the app because that hasn't been working very well lately. And I'll get to the speaker and they'll say that their store is currently not open and that they can't serve anyone right now. It clearly says on the app and on Google Maps that they open at 7:00 a.m. but they're never ready for it.

First time coming to this taco bell location. The staff was friendly. They worked as a team to get my food accurately and as fast as possible. Store looked clean too.

Had a pick up order made for myself to get in-store. I placed my order 20 minutes prior to arriving at this Taco Bell store, (4001 McFarland Rd Rockford IL.) I arrived with no one manning the registers. I asked to have someone upfront and asked the girl at the drive thru if she had my order. It wasn't ready so I had to wait an extra 5 minutes. After the wait was over, I stated, "Thank you. Now do it a little faster next time. This is fast food." The next thing that happened was a lady began speaking very quick and angry Spanish. I don't know who she was talking to, since I was already walking out the door. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I can only assume it was the manager since the manager is supposed to be the one who knows how to speak Spanish. I didn't see the manager at the fr

I had cash. Employees wouldn’t ring me up and the automatic kiosk doesn’t accept cash. Employees stated they are not interested in ringing someone up with cash. I was insulted and degraded by the cashier and the manager. This was at 12:08pm daytime on December 18th if corporate would like to pull video footage. I will not ever return to this establishment and will tell everyone I know of this service
