Taco Bell

First, I want to share that we NEVER eat out. Maybe once a year. We were hopeful. Hubs ordered tacos and I ordered the fries (with a pizza) for the first time ever and they were like a limp thing with no crunch. How long before we got there did you cook them? Were you choosing to make it easier on yourself time wise? Di you look at those fries and say < "Damn, that's a mighty fine product? Guessing it's none of the above! It's more the I just need a paycheck attitude. So, we won't be back to another Taco Bell...ever. WASTE OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Good luck in Louisburg.

I've been to this location seven times since they opened and it's always fresh food. I do typically go for breakfast though. They have messed my order up in minor ways two of the times. But I'd say overall the employees are nice. The service is pretty quick and the food is Taco Bell which I love. I'm sure they got the short end of the stick from the trainers just like every other store in Louisburg did. I hope they succeed

I ordered two taco supremes, the bacon cheese fries, and a Mexican pizza. The taco shells weren't very crunchy. The Mexican pizza shell was old and/or fried in old oil. It tasted like chemicals so i did not eat it. The fries were old and slightly warm. The girl that gave me my food made a terrible face. No customer service skills. Management needs to get on the ball if they want customers to eat their food.

Was so excited for this to come to town but they're already burning bridges. Waited for a full hour for our order and were met with rude and apathetic service. If you told me this location never had a manager I would not be surprised. It's been opened long enough to get the kinks out so this is just culture failure in the site itself. Nobody working here cares so I guess I don't care either.

Horrible!!!!! One Star. New Location, Same Failure. This is a brand-new location, which makes this even worse. The tacos were soaked, soggy, and falling apart—completely inedible. The Nachos BellGrande had none of the add-ons I paid for and barely any standard toppings. I paid extra and got almost nothing. When I brought the food back, three employees were laughing about it. I was told “everything is made fresh” and that “everyone is in training.” That excuse does not fly. If staff are still training, management should not be sending out food this bad. A new store should be setting standards, not lowering them. Management needs to get control of their staff and stop letting inedible food leave the kitchen. This is unacceptable for a new Taco Bell.
