Taco Bell / Long John Silver's

As I was driving away I thought to myself wow that was very quick, they did a good job. Although I spoke too soon Ordered three steak chalupas and they literally only had like five tiny pieces of steak in them. Smallest portion I've ever seen when I've gotten chalupas all the time with much more steak than this.

The gentleman that took my order at the counter was unbelievable. So friendly and seemed as though he really enjoyed his job. I asked for a certain sauce and he said we really don't have that let me see if I can find you some and he really did go and find it and come back with it. I also saw him interact with other customers and he was wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't get his name! My mini taco salad was excellent and my chicken nuggets were hot and delicious, delicious also because I got the sauce I wanted!

Highly disappointed with how I was treated tonight and this is not tbe first time but I try to give grace to late night workers many nights they are out of anything that requires them to make the staff tonight not only threw the bag at my significant other when we pulled up but the attitude when I asked for a soda I was missing was outrageous and disgusting if you do not like your job or the hours you work find new employment do not take it out on customers. As well I doordash late hours and almost every night I am told the order was "picked up" already when it never was according to doordash nothing short of not wanting to make the food. Do better no one is forcing this job on you

This place was severely understaffed and the workers were still kind and courteous. They tried to the best of their ability to keep up with the demands of the new menu launch on 12/18. They deserve a raise or recognition. Especially near the holiday season. Corporate should be aware of the conditions they were working under. Completely unacceptable. I hope they find some rest and respite this holiday season.

If you order in store or pick up in store your order basically does not matter. They will only take care of the drive thru. My order was already done but they told me it wasnt done. I like taco bell but its not worth it with this service.
