The worst! Does the pic of a supreme taco look like one? This place should shut down and never return to this area. The slowest service. Every time I hear “pull around d to the front” and then they forget about me and I have to go inside. Also check out the pics to see how skimpy this location is. You’re better going one block farther to La Hacienda.

I place an order through the drive thru and NOT a mobile order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and cinnamon twists. I was asked to pull around front and one would assume the food would be fresh and HOT but alas it was not to be. I was missing part of my order and went around to pick up the missing cinnamon twists. They were not only cold but missing cinnamon. How does that happen? The nacho fries had been sitting out and were cold and stale. The chicken quesadilla had NO chicken. This location was NOT busy and excuse for the food to not be fresh. This definitely was NOT worth $12.02. Time to call corporate in this location and probably have it closed.

1st time and last time going to Taco Bell at Cantrell Rd during lunch. Spend 30 minutes getting cold, tasteless food. Even the cheese dip was cold and nasty. They make sure to get your money so you dont leave then they make you drive around front. I waited so that I went in, the lobby was packed, all tables full and people standing, no one was eating, all were waiting and they were mad. People walked in then walked out. I finally got food and I check in the car, missing a damn Taco. I spent $15! Went back in and they gave me a Taco but it had a cold hard, tasteless chicken strip in it. This was awful even for the Bell. I quit eating TB a decade ago, just started back. But I won't eat at this location ever again and won't eat any Bell for a long while.

When one goes to Taco Bell it is not absurd to believe that your food will be only good enough to eat and not really much more. Such is the premise with which I go to Taco Bell. Which is why I was dissapointed when this Taco Bell failed to provide the bare minimum, the food itself. I go in running late for work and getting a bite before I’m due in. I put in my order in the app, go up to the window, and I wait. And I wait. And I wait. After 20 minutes lost to doom scrolling I notice that have not yet gotten my food and am already late to work. Curious about the situation I go in and ask about it. The manager apologized politely and promises to make it promptly. To which one of the employees replies in a rude fashion that he’s not making my order. Puzzled by the ordeal I do just about the o

The tacos are not the same they have barely any meat in it the rest in the taco is cheese and lettuce. Taco shells are not hard. Highly disappointed by their main item which is a simple hard taco. And if you want a supreme Taco get ready to pay 3 plus dollars for one taco supreme I used to love to get the box with the tacos in it that is no longer served I guess cuz I never see the option I don't like burritos but I always have to get the meal deal for seven or eight or nine dollars just to get one hard taco that really sucks otherwise. Service staff nice
