Taco Bell

Half filled fries , taco had NOTHING in it , no ice for drinks, no straws or napkins in bag. Worst customer service we’ve ever had. The guy in the window told us to just give him $15 in cash instead of paying for our meal. I’m assuming he wanted to pocket the cash and then take the order off the register or something.

I came into this Taco Bell today and got the best customer service ever! They was out of the beverage that I wanted to drink so I said something about it. The person who took my order didn't get an attitude when I wanted to adjust my order instead she was very accommodating! That is rare these days, I really appreciate her awesome demeanor! Thanks for giving me a great experience in spite of not having what I was looking for!

I recently went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell and had another disappointing experience. The wait time was far too long, and when I finally received my order, the quesadilla was very poorly made—just tortilla with hardly any cheese or meat. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor quality and slow service at this location. After giving it multiple chances, I’ve decided this will be my last visit. Taco Bell needs to do much better if they want to keep customers coming back.

There was no MEAT anywhere on my crunch wrap. Plus there was 1 big GLOB of sour cream on one corner of the wrap. I will never go to the Farmington rd location again.

Arielle was outstanding. She was even polite in her greeting message at the drive thru. She was accommodating and extremely easy to work with. Definitely manager/supervisor material. Keep it up, Arielle!
