Maybe we came at the wrong time. But the man who took our order didn't get my Nacho Grande meal right. It was suppose to be just meat and cheese but I got beans on it as well…. After telling just meat and cheese only… the taco was right on the meal as well as the drink. But the main entree wasn’t…

I only went through the drive through. The person who took my order and the who worked the pick up window were very nice and customer service oriented. However the food was less than palatable. It gave me the rumbly tumbly. Taco Bell usually doesn't. This time something was definitely off with the food.

I ordered twice now from taco bell on Uber and half HALF of my order was delivered both times. NO sauce, no napkins nothing. This time I got my drink but missing many things. I try to call and they never answer the phone! I let it ring over 10 minutes back to back. I will be calling corporate. It cost too much to get this kind of service.

This was the nicest staff at a Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced!! Very upbeat, very friendly, my food was correct and hot!! 5 stars from me, my daughter and frenchie too :))

I'll begin by saying that this Franchise location did have a Serve Safe food Score of 96. Second, it will be a VERY Very long time before I spend Income here again. That's how I got my bag. The sauce packets were covered in what I hope is red colored drink mix. Are you telling me they didn't feel that as you picked them up? Did the original person not think to run them to the sink even if it was under cold water? The shells were soggy, broken, luke warm, and probably underweight! Why would you give me tacos that were sitting on the line? Just because you add cold ingredients, the meat doesn't become cold as it passes to the customers. You blessed someone else paid, and I don't feel well. Employees-if you're not paid well, don't screw the customer.
