the absolute WORST customer service ever. I check my bags because they NEVER give you what you order, and this time was no different. Broke my taco throwing the bag back at me after they “check” when i tell them we’re missing an item. dude didn’t even look in my bag, just threw it back at me. tired of wasting my money to not get the items i order.

Those new salted churros are soooo good. I didn't expect them to taste this good. Plz keep them on the menu. The garlic steak fries are also excellent! Customer service is always so nice at this location as well.

The morning shift is polite, fast and gives you a fair amount of food. The night staff is rude, slow and acts like the refried beans come out of their paycheck. Review update 12/29: Night shift was rude. Had me “wait a moment” so that he could game the drive thru timing system. No manners January 7, 2026 update: same brood Night Shift staff don’t even come for evening shift waste of time February 2 2026: It has to go down to 1 star because the fact that this evening shift employee isn’t fired is baffling.

Hi I had the most amazing experience was greeted by a nice young lady Meka she was absolute the sweetest and helped me with all my questions and then imma leave a review always because that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time the warm est the freshest I would drive 30 minutes everytime if my Taco Bell tasted that good. !! Great team members I recognize: Meka, Jim,Kiara and Bob what a great amount of people !! Good job guys keep up that work ! Stay positive and god bless yall🤲🙏🏻💕
