Taco Bell

I ordered a cheese quesadilla from Taco Bell and this is what I got… ice cold, not grilled, and barely any cheese inside. It was dry, flimsy, and honestly looked like someone just slapped a little sauce on a tortilla and folded it over. A quesadilla is supposed to be warm, melty, and full of cheese – this was the complete opposite. Really disappointing. However, I did speak to Paul and he was very nice, apologized, and offered to remake it.

I DoorDash about half of the week (usually night shift) and every time I go into the Taco Bell in Lincolnton everyone is always super nice! there is a short white woman with short brown hair and a medium height brunette man (I wish I knew their names lol) who usually are working during night shift and they are always very welcoming even when they are busy and overwhelmed. The attitudes are almost as disgusting as the food and as the restaurant. When you mess up on somebody’s order, just take accountability and just fix it. It’s not a big deal, but the attitude that I was being served was about as nasty as their food and their Restaurant do better and if you hate your life and you don’t like where you work then leave the job it’s not worth being miserable.

The food is hit or miss here if you order in the afternoon or night. They either make the food incorrectly, or they make it correctly and skimp out on the ingredients. When ordering in the morning, my orders have been great with no issues. But literally anytime I order in the evening, I order a Doritos gordita and request the beef, lettuce, and spicy ranch sauce be removed and add potatoes, cheese sauce, and jalapenos. I paid over 8 dollars for this one item, and this is what I got. A Doritos taco shell with 4 pieces of potato and 3 jalapenos. This is not the first time, and is a repeat occurrence for the evening shift. Completely ridiculous and a ripoff. if you want your order made correctly, go in the mornings. The night shift crew and management needs to be replaced.

Drive thru agent didn't offer any sauce. Ask for sauce. No napkins . Ordered soft taco no lettuce. Well I still got lettuce. She acting like she didn't want to be at work.
