Worked for tacobell before this is not the way the food should be handed out this is completely different then the photots you see above, also order was wrong ordered cheesy double beef burrito no frito chips or rice at all in it pretty sure it's the wrong burrito.... Rude customer service went in and asked for a extra bag was rudely giving one, guess im driving to the lexington one for now on

Where to begin. The staff that was working, Sunday March 8, 2026, before 2:00 pm, Leesville, SC. SLOW! Lazy! Disrespectful, and no passion to do their job. A man who served the army for 20 years, the staff was disrespectful to him, his wife had health problems and Taco bell staff took the time. An older gentleman the staff was rude to him as well. Door dash had to wait 30 minutes for an order, me and my family 35 minutes for 4 tacos. Staff kept saying "I'll give you a refund I don't care. It's always busy on Sundays and I don't have to deal with this. I don't care if my customers in the lobby leave" nobody asked for a refund we just wanted lunch on a Sunday afternoon with family. In addition they claim to focus on Drive thru orders, but they still didn't pick up the pace. They were locking

Staff definitely did not want to come to work today, she had no interest in being of any actual use. Got our order wrong (it’s not that difficult to read a screen, I’ve worked in food for years), got an attitude when we asked for it to be corrected. So if “Martha” would like to reach out to formally ban us like the crew member stated, I’d be alright with that to be able to tell her what kind of staff she hired. Should have went to Cook Out🤷‍♂️

As a family, we decided to go to Taco Bell after church. We did the mobile option so when we got there it would be ready. The app said our food would be ready at 1:10pm and it wasn't ready until 1:49pm. The customer service was horrible and unacceptable. While we were eating the staff locked the doors so no one else could enter the establishment. This happened after multiple customers came in to complain that their orders were not ready. We also witnessed a few drive thru customers leave without their food. This is unacceptable Taco Bell. We are very disappointed.

Customer service is terrible got yelled at by employees very rude new management needs to be emplace. Very rude we go every Sunday and this Sunday of all days they decided that they were were not going to serve us because a couple of our family members needed to have different food in the store. They were very rude and disrespectful cursing and being rude took over a hour to serve half of our family their food
