Taco Bell

Just drove of with my food at 6pm today January 28. I bought a $9box. They sold me be stail cinnamon twist for one. Second I got to eating my burrito that comes in the box all I could taste was spoiled meat not sure if it was the bacon or the steak. But this assured that I'll never again eat this good from any restaurant not the first time corporate or franchise does this. It like people no longer have to know proper food handling and service

After 10pm they only accept DoorDash & online orders because they don’t want to work. They literally need to fire the night shift manager & the whole night staff. How do you stay open pass 2am but stop working by 10pm. At night time it’s better to go to the taco bell on calumet in Munster. They have better service, fresher food & always open. They don’t turn done no money

I can totally see why this Taco Bell has a 2 star rating. My kids love Taco Bell so I support this local one because I live in Lansing, however, I will take the drive next time to go to Calumet City. As a customer service manager and hiring manager the whole crew that worked on 2/26/2025 at 2:49pm should be coached and/or disciplined. Very dry attitude at the window and when asked to speak with a manager I was told there wasn’t one; just an overall terrible experience. There was no one behind me in line and because I got cut off at the window by a quick ending, so I simply drove to the window and asked can I just add a drink. The young lady expressed no… we don’t do add ons at the window. Again, there was no one in front of me, behind me, next to me, or inside… poor customer service. I ask

The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh but most of all the customer was excellent.

This location actually makes good tacos that don't stick to the bottom of the paper. Lettuce doesn't taste like it's been sitting on a heater for hours or was microwaved. Seriously decent tacos.
