Taco Bell / KFC

Ordered with Uber Eats from this location. The first driver took the food then canceled the delivery, and presumably ate it. Which is not really their fault. However, when the cancelled delivery went to a different driver, the second driver went to pick up our order and they refused to talk to him. We tried to call and it never went through despite calling repeatedly, except for one attempt where they IMMEDIATELY hung up on us. This is not the first time we've had issues with this location, as many times we've ordered food from this location from both the taco bell and KFC side and it never arrived. Initially I assumed it was a delivery service issue, but I realize now that the location is probably a major contributor to the issue. Thankfully Uber gave us a refund, but they refused to ta

Incredibly fast service! Food is always great. Tiny store, but tons of options. It's an experience :D

Decent food. Was fresh . Was served fast and with a smile . They left me alone . Eating area is small and compact but no k e was in there and I was able to work and be left alone for an hour during a snow storm . I wish the menu was easier to read that is all

They forgot to give me something from my order that I paid for. I showed them the receipt and they didn't believe it. He looked at his screen and still doubted it, even though he was the manager.

The Quincy location sucks... They are cheap with the preparation of their food they act like they're taking it home to their families at the end of the day. Dry ass nachos 🤢
