Taco Bell / KFC

This may be the single worst kfc/Taco Bell in the state. It's easily the worst I've ever been to. I don't say this lightly. They don't offer refunds and will mess up your order EVERY time you go through. They claim they'll make it right but you'll just end up waiting 30 minutes inside while they ignore you so you can get cold food. RUN don't walk from this place!

So I sat and drive-through for 30 minutes tonight, December 17 six people in that building working and making everybody wait forever. I’ve never seen it this bad ordered the veggie bowl and I had a tablespoon of black beans and I’m being generous. It may have been a teaspoon nothing for 8.99. Food is alright but man if I just didn’t receive the worst customer service of my life tonight. The woman working drive thru seems like she hates her job and is taking it out on customers. Let me say I’ve worked at Taco Bell too and I know it’s not everyone’s ideal job but no one told you to apply then keep working there. If I ask for hot sauce with a bag full of food I expect more than one sauce. Especially when I asked for a little extra. I’m always overly nice to everyone, including her so there’s no reason you have to be silent when I try talking to you and sigh and legit toss one sauce at me bc I asked for extra???

Let me preface this by saying that I don’t expect five-star service when I hit up a Taco Bell/KFC hybrid location. I’m not looking for linen napkins or a sommelier to walk me through the Baja Blast pairing notes. All I want — all I ask — is to receive the food I paid for, with the basic tools necessary to eat it. Unfortunately, this apparently Herculean task is far beyond the capabilities of the staff at this establishment. Not once, but twice, I was denied the humble, plastic symbol of fast food decency: a spork. Now, I know what you're thinking: it's just a spork. Having to wait over 45 minutes for half of my food is absolutely ridiculous!!! Therefore half of it was cold. Alot of the time I dont get what I paid for either...its like they try to steal from you. I always have to go in to double check. Maybe I need to start going other places because it seems like its always a problem on Lisbon st in Lewiston. They are also under staffed!!!! And here's a Pic of the double stack...this isn't even a single stack!!! DONT GO HERE!!!! Shame on managment! If you dont have enough people managment should be going in.
