Taco Bell / KFC

This location is the best I have gone too, the food is delicious and the workers are amazing. Highly recommend! The chicken was fall off the bone DELICIOUS! The service I experienced here was highly professional. I highly recommend!

Great tasting supreme crunchy tacos. Shaynia Holly was extremely nice, friendly and is a hard working employee working the front counter and cooking the food. Great tasting food served with a smile makes for a great experience I had not gone to any Taco Bell in years, but I will definitely go back to this Hooksett NH restaurant again

Intercom wasn't working so they had me pull to the window to order. I ordered a 6pc tender, crunchwrap meal, and cheesy double beef burrito. I got a taco shell with some lettuce and cheese, a crunch wrap that was all wrap, some weird tasting grilled cheese burrito, and old dry tenders. I'd like to specifically point out the poor quality of the food. There's 5 other Taco Bells within 15 minutes, and at least 3 of them absolutely give better portions and more accurate orders. I'd also love to point out that although a 5-piece tender MEAL is only $13, somehow a 6-piece tenders (no sides or drink) equates to $15!? Obviously I couldn't see the total or the price because I was at the window, but that receipt (and bank notification) nearly gave me a heart attack before the fried chicken could.

You order from a kiosk. In order they forgot the chicken tender sauce ordered, then didn't have the one I asked for. The person ahead of me they forgot something in his order. Not busy in drive thru. Ate inside around 3pm. 3 people working there that day. One on phone talking loudly, the other person saw me at counter waiting but went in back, I saw another person walk by in the back holding a rack of fried chicken. The bathroom door was open with a bucket in front of it by the dining room. It made an unpleasant atmosphere to eat in. The chicken burrito had too much sauce and was dripping. Not enough tortilla chips in the bag and crushed ones given. Overall not pleasant experience. Stick with drive thru.

Not sure if this Taco Bell location was understaffed while I was there, but this service is unacceptable. Health Department could shut them down. There were 4 workers I did see so it didn’t seem understaffed. I had to wait quite awhile to order inside. Even longer to get my 3 tacos. No ice in the machine. My bag was handed to ne covered in cole slaw and grease. I didn’t even have Cole slaw in my simple 3 taco order so that was gross and unsanitary. There was trash all over, two food bags upright on the floor, chairs all over. It was just a pure mess. Staff seemed stressed and very unfriendly. We will never go back.
