Taco Bell / KFC

They need to update their hours on here because according to the website they close at 11:00 pm but will have doors locked with all the lights on and staff in there refusing to take orders through the drive thru anytime after 9:30pm. I understand closing maybe 30 minutes early and all but that early and not even putting a sign to let customers know having multiple cars in drive thru and parked in the parking clueless as to why they can’t be served.

I’m a loyal KFC customer and I eat at this restaurant quite often, but my last experience was very disappointing. I arrived around 8:30 PM, and the dining area was closed, with only the drive-thru open. I explained to the young lady at the window, who introduced herself as the manager named Kase, that I was driving a large truck and couldn’t physically go through the drive-thru, but I still wanted to place an order. Unfortunately, she refused to serve me, saying that it didn’t matter and that I couldn’t be served without a car. What bothered me the most was her attitude — she smiled in a sarcastic way, as if she was amused by the situation, instead of trying to find a solution or show some understanding. I believe that a big chain like KFC should show more respect toward its customers,

Kinda crazy to have KFC and toco bell seems like it is a lot and a contamination area. The workers kinda seemed meh like the didn't want to be there the food was good smaller then aby other toco bell we got the same thing I always do and it'd smaller here and the didn't add the Lil red chip things so that's upsetting so we got less food and payed more for it Herr I thought if I order from the dollar menu it's a dollar at every toco bell that's how it has been but not here the charge more and give less

I spent 25 dollars on my food it was ridiculous. I got 3 tacos. And got my son 3 with the Mexican pizza. And everyone of them look like this. There is absolutely no food in them I ate all 3 and I’m still hungry. 3 always filled me up. If they are going to charge an arm and a leg they need to put food in them a lot more then this! I am very disappointed!!!

Today is January 16 the time is 9:51 PM me and my husband wanted to buy something to eat here, but they did not want to open the doors. Then the lady started pretending she don’t understand English.
