Taco Bell / KFC

I called the store at 215 to complain that my order was incorrect. 1. I ordered a steak quesadilla, soft taco, Pepsi with 2 sauces. The girl misrepresented herself as a manager, manager wouldn't get on the phone to correct the issue then told me, the paying customerI'm wrong and they were right. Seriously???? If I wasn't so busy at work, I wouldn't driven up to that place and then really showed them how WRONG THEY WERE. THE unprofessionalism is ridiculous. If you don't know how to deal with the public and admit that you're wrong, then there's a problem. I read my order# back to this unpleasant person and still nothing. Don't go here. They can't get right!!

I place a mobile order and they forgot some sauces I PAID FOR?! The person at the window even said “If you added them online they are in the bag”, guess what? They were NOT in the bag, when I asked for them she looked annoyed, I asked for honey sauce, 2 KFC sauce and a 2 Honey BBQ and the only thing she gave me was just ONE honey sauce packet, and not the other ones which I had already paid for?!

This has to be the worst taco bell I've ever been to. The food was so WET and soggy! The wrappers were even soaked. I have no clue what they are doing there. I ate there maybe 5 months ago and had the same experience thought it was a 1 off... as you should know what to expect with taco bell. 40.00 completely wasted as nobody could even eat their meals. As soon as you picked up the taco obky a piece even came up as it just fell apart. Awful! This location is so bad even me and my husband laughed at the sign in the window about "no refunds" we were thinking who needs a refund at taco bell.... had no idea it was us!

Haven't eaten Taco Bell in years, but today was the day I decided I wanted tacos. Used the drive thru and the cashier was friendly and professional. Ordered a Party Pack (12 tacos) and a Large Sweet Tea. Pulled up to cashier, paid and received my drink. Cashier asked me to pull into the parking lot and wait. Not really an issue, but not sure why if no one was behind me, or never came after I received my order. Meal was delicious! And they remembered to include all the sauces I ordered!
