Taco Bell / KFC

I frequently visit this location and never complain today I had an issue with a chicken quesadilla being not melted I called to let them know any they ask for the ticket number which I gave and said they can replace it if I brought the food back I’m sorry but I’m not driving another 20 minutes to your store to drive another 20 minutes home by that time all the food will be cold. I’ll just melt it at home. Very disappointed. Paid $7 for a chicken quesadilla and it was nasty. Not to mention many times I’ve shown up to this location at 9-9:45 and they will still not be open. Should of traveled to brooksville and got taco bell

Every time I come here there’s an issue she Rand me up for a famous bowl I was told it came with fries and it’s on my receipt and I guess they don’t have that meal anymore? I went to ask questions and GM manager Megan proceeded to tell me with an attitude there dining room is completely filthy because they are in dinner rush, I work in food industry and this is 100% UNACCEPTABLE let alone how she handled the situation with excuses. Every table you have to clean there is compliance and safety issues all over this store waiting for someone to slip and fall or get sick so because you are in a dinner rush you guys don’t clean the dining room before hand for your customers to enjoy a clean dinner dining experience? Had a horrible experience. Ordered online to pick up at the restaurant. When I got there, they had no chicken wings. They couldn't refund that part of my order, because it was done online. They couldn't "replace" it with some of the items on their menu, because it was going to be more expensive. I don't understand how you can place an order from a specific restaurant, using specific items on its menu and then encounter this problem when it's time to pick up your order. I have ordered food countless times from different restaurants but, granted, it was my first (and last) time ordering from KFC. I ordered from them just to please my husband. After spending $50+ online we ended up spending $40+ at the restaurant... for fried chicken and 2 sides, plus a pie and an order of Taco Bell for me. S

The the red colors of the restaurant provoked my eyes to go and order food at the drive-through from Taco Bell. What a horrible, huge indescribable dreadful experience. yes I was tempted, but I should’ve been strong. My weakness for food was exploited by this attempt by a business to call it food. I drove home, but before I could get home, I pulled over to the side, stuck the finger down my throat and vomited the grotesque food particles that were partially chewed as my tongue and my body rejected all of the items that they refer to as food. I shall never be tempted again. I will be strong And never ever stop at this location.

The service is always great. The food isn't. It's definitely a hit or miss. Sometimes it's hot and fresh. Sometimes it tastes like yesterday's culls. I shouldn't expect so much from a tacobell KFC combo, but sometimes the taco bell side is inedible.
